It’s been a while since I uploaded something for no one to look at. Here’s another attempt at keeping the mind visually sharp in a somewhat non-creative mood I’ve been stuck in lately. Blame it on the weather.

It’s been a long while since I have updated. I feel bad but the holidays and work have taken away my time and I have been blogging as a collective creative team elsewhere. Trying to sell artwork on the side here and there and portrait shoots. Everything is heating up.

This photograph was taken using beautiful daylight. Two photographs mixed to create this ghostly effect. I love multiple exposures but digital photography does not allow for in camera multiple exposures(at least my camera doesn’t) so I have been trying to find ways of simulating this look the way i want it to be. Perhaps I have found the key…

While suffering from a migraine that I’ve had all day long, I sat here and edited about ten photos.

This photograph is unlike anything I’ve ever created but I felt that it worked.

The migraine has actually died down a bit. Perhaps now the medicine I took is finally working.

Again with another long exposure photo. Get used to it because long exposure photography is my favorite of all.

Digital isn’t as great as film yet but geez, it sure is giving film a run for it. Well, I guess you can say that film is dead.. for the most part.

I’d like to get a Hasselblad and start taking some extreme long exposures. I’m talking about day-long exposures.

Maybe even week-long. Yikes.

Being trapped inside for three days straight left me with a little cabin fever.

I charged my battery. I cleaned my lenses. I changed into the warmest clothes possessed.

While walking out onto the river I re-noticed that sounds can be heard much more clearly.

Even the very very quiet sounds…
